		<description>I&#039;m sure Vodacom sends their employees on special &quot;how to piss customers off&#039; courses. 

They are brilliant at it - Catch 22 situation: customer care employees pissed you off with their kak service and attitude for a minor query. You decide to change service providers and is forced to go back to vodacom customer care to drive you completely nuts...this can go on for years.</description>

I have tried to contact customer care on several ocassions but they couldt not give me any convincing answer. I need and answer. 		<description>I wonder how many of the people complain makes mistakes in their jobs.According to them they perfect.I don&#039;t believe that shit.you only go these problems through if your life is messed up then the quickest way to release your problems is to call to a call centre and take it out on the agents.the problem is if the customers cant get their way then the company is giving bad service.if it is a company policy don&#039;t try to break it.imagine i have to come in your home and just do my own thing.how would you feel?That is a very stupid question OD?Its two different agreements.The company most probably need more customers.It is logical.It makes bussiness sense.i have received very good service from cell phone providers that i have contracts with.Keep up the good work.</description>

		<description>I agree with cb and Vovo. cb, the service I found knowing service in sa is very good at vodacom. Vodacom needs a face and a little cat and earlier the fat umlungu was funny. We need a face of the old man selling the wire windmills. Like vodacom needs a &quot;presidential&quot; call line, a face somehow to solve the poor individual call operators personal crisis with difficult customers? How can they deal with stupid products like data and MB bundles? Vodacom charge between 20c and R 1.20c for a MB. How do they regulate that? They penalize you as soon as you go out of bundle, with a 500% higher fee. (Is that not against some law?) I usually forget to buy bundles. Now I can migrate for R30/month extra to a same charge even out of bundle rate. But this will cost 150% more per MB than a once off 3Gig bundle?
So now I need a call service that will be more efficient reminding when my bundle runs out or a vodacom psychologist to teach me not to forget. The data calculator on the software is according to vodacom not trustworthy only an estimate. You are referred to the 4me site. Who can I trust and when will they improve this type of service? Is there not a movement out there which we can join to do something about this? Where is the vodacom consumers association so that we can do something and not fight amongst ourselves? So cb and Vovo we all have a mutual concern and that is vodacom the old bearded black man, the fat umlungu and the funny cat they will not help us. They do not exist, there is no vodacom face. It is man against system or machine. We have to do something about that?</description>
