
More portability pain
Posted by Rich...! under Uncategorized on December 13 2006 at 9:25 AMShit, this still ain’t resolved. Leechi posted a complaint on Hello Peter, minutes later she gets a call from Vodacom, she again explained the problem and was told to go back to Incredible. Of course, she’s already tried this.

And therein lies the problem with Hello Peter.
All too easy for companies to post a reply like that and look like they have sparkling customer service. Meanwhile, nothing ever gets sorted.
