Posted by Don Packett under Uncategorized on March 26 2007 at 9:00 AMSam spotted this at Woolies yesterday.

Last of the bestsellers?
Best
sellers.
The items that sold the best. Hmm. Then why do you have so much stock left?

Haha, yeah. Another thing that gets to me is the way shops advertise “SALE!” Dude, everything is always on sale. DISCOUNTED SALE maybe…
Heh.

There is a suit shop in London that I rushed to and purchased 3 suits in a closing down sale 2 years ago. It seems they are still closing down! I mean Dude, HOW MUCH STOCK DID THEY HAVE?

Thats almost as irritating as those books that have fantastic quotes on the back cover about how damn good they are, and you look closer only to find the small print says something like “praise for Dan Browns Da Vinci Code” and the book you are holding is “Deception point.” I hate that.

The items displayed are from broken size-curves. This means that they have no stock to display in all sizes. So they could be the best sellers. What would determine wheteher they are best sellers or not would be the amount of time it took to break the size-curves, or finish the stock they have to fill the size-curves. But they could be talking poo. Dude, don’t buy clothes at Woolworths! You need to go to Surf Centre at Fourways Mall, they got everything. “And if you act now we’ll throw in a free sticker!” hahahahahaha
