Since we’ve gone back into a rigorous routine of healthy eating and training, I’ve been farting like crazy.
More than normal.

Is there something wrong? Or is that just the crap (excuse the pun) leaving my body making way for all the clean goods I’m filling myself with? I could research it, but
a) I don’t have time, and
b) I’d really like to know what you think.

ok now, you ought to drink 1.5l of green tea a day. It sorts out your skin, rebuilds cells, detox you, good for metabolism, err prevents cancer and all that jazz. And it make your farts reallly smelly. Drink it during the day and if you struggle with your tummy…. down 1l quick and wait 30 mins. My bf has been drinking this shit for a year every day and his farts never started NOT smelling. ;p. You can also make a nice home brewed vegetable soup and only drink that for three days, i am sure you can enroll yourself in one of NASA’a projects after 2 weeks or something

You taking any protein shakes man? Thos things will make you fart enough to float an airship!!!

Well the average Japanese live longer than any other race and they are green tea addicts. Man they must have bowel movements like we can’t imagine ;-p

Haha! No, no protein shakes, and green tea is the devil.
We’ll have to wait and see if the farting settles after a while…

Make sure you don’t mix raw food intake with cooked food. The mixture is usually gaseous.Wait for awhile 30 minutes or more.
