So you sit down for a number 2, dreading the reaction, the big plop-splash that’s gonna chill your botty. Or maybe you’re one of those who aims for the side of the bowl to create a small ripple to try avoid the splash. Right? Wrong. This pain, my friends, is easily avoided. I thought everyone knew this little trick, but last weekend I was surprised.
So, before sitting your ass down, take a few sheets of toilet paper and drop it into the bog first. It’s that simple. That way your battleships can be aimed at any section of the loo you please, and your extracted mission critical vessels will land safely in the arms of a welcoming TP army.

What a fantastic Friday afternoon read, I just assumed that this was what everyone does, and it’s funny you posted this article, because a few days ago I thought of doing exactly the same thing!
So, I assume the topic came up, and a number of people admitted to not dropping in a TP cradle before plopping?
So very interesting, these things that every human thinks about, but never talks about

This is a fundamental life skill that should be taught in primary school.
Don, I’m proud to say that I am a fellow cushioner. I believe this is good for all involved, included hapless standers-by whose ears are not shielded by the walls and doors of the bathroom of choice at the time.
I believe a blog could be dedicated to these things. Nose pickings. Toilet paper linings. Navel lint collections. Earwax tastings. All those things nobody’s ever done.

Dear man, us women have been doing this forever, for numbers 1 & 2, to minimise all the noise accompanying the movements…glad you’ve cottoned on!
