WTF? I guess I’m not South African enough. From all I’ve read this film is supposed to be funny – hilarious even. I didn’t crack a smile (granted I only managed 47 minutes, perhaps the laughs come later).

The continuity gaffs irritated me too. Dude, paid taxis drop you at the door – no need to walk (you’d need to watch the film to see what I mean, but don’t), and grammar mistakes for fuck’s sake, you don’t need an apostrophe in “honey’s” to show plural, just possessive. Okay, so I’m nit-picking, but fuck me, what a load of wank.

Is this seriously the best we have to offer?

How deeply depressing…!

Ps. If ever I get around to watching the rest of this film, I reserve the right to amend this post…don’t hold your breath though.
