Over the past few weeks I’ve been wondering about the lane markings changing on the highway, with some areas losing an emergency lane altogether. Now I know why.
Better get some good listening music for the months to come, traffic’s gonna get worse!

From The Star:
“Road-widening will be intensifying on the N1 highway, between the Rivonia and the 14th Avenue exits, for the next few weeks.”
“Traffic is going to be a nightmare when all these projects are in full swing, but I am very excited when I think of the end result. When these major infrastructure upgrades are completed at the end of 2010, Joburg will have taken huge strides towards becoming a truly world-class city.
So think of the benefits when you are stuck in a traffic jam in the coming months, and please, let’s all be patient and courteous.”
Enjoy.

Geez your blog is shit dude, I came across that “Seth is a wanker” post and decided to see what your thing is about. In 4 months you came up with:
1. A traffic report
2. Jake white’s blog
3. 7de Laan on Facebook
4. Ambiguity in an advert (weak)
5. A lame epiphany
All average writing with the weakest sense of humour. It must have taken you hours to put together that rant about Seth. You have no ground to stand on. Good luck with this thing.

Boring: I’m so sorry we don’t live up to your high blog standards, oh wait, you never left a url so we have no idea what glorious blog wisdom you bestow upon the world…
And to our credit, we’ve been blogging for over four years, and unluckily for us this site has been down for a few months. Our other blog is still alive and well.
I’d love for you to let us know what blogs out there are, in your I’m sure humble opinion, worthy of reading.
If you say 2oceansvibe, I know exactly what floats your boat. Jo’blog, I’m afraid, is probably too clever for you. Scoot along. Ta.

Why was your guys site down for so long?

Dude, we still really can’t pinpoint where the trouble was. Sometimes it was WordPress, other times our SP. Either way it was down way more than it was up, so we stopped bothering phoning the SP to get it back up and changed SPs, but there was still trouble getting it all across successfully.
One fuck up after another. Looks like it’s ok, for now. Holding thumbs.

Oh was just wondering, I’m also on WordPress, and I’m always stressing that it’s going to break down, I hear lots of stories of hacks and that sort of thing on WordPress. As long as you have a decent SP though, they should sort it out and also hopefully do back ups, because it’s not ideal to lose all your work!
Well let’s hope it works out though, anything to do with technology is bound to break sometime!

Yeah, the backups ARE hopeful. Just need to soldier through tho.

All I can say is I missed your blog – it keeps me sane here in the big smoke of London – you guys rock -

Aw shucks. Thanks bro.

The backups are luckily a bit better than hopeful – they get done once a day. In case that makes you feel a bit better
