The thing is, good sales people are actually pretty hard to find, (mediocre sales people are a dime a dozen) thus the good ones i.e. the ones these people should be attracting, would have no problem applying for a job specifically for sales people. Professional negotiator, psssh, what a wank!

Sadly, I cannot attribute this to a lack of self-esteem, it is in fact absolutely the fault of the fine fellows over at City Power. I have had two power cuts at my house, and three at my office, in a 7-day period. This is not even close to acceptable. I can only imagine what our clients would do if we gave them that level of service.
